Pre-Order Products
For products requiring additional preparation time, orders will be handled as pre-order orders.
Pre-order products will be shipped within a maximum of 35 calendar days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after order confirmation.

If your order contains both available products and pre-order products, we may arrange shipment according to product availability.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Beelink provides a three-year (36-month) limited warranty for consumer electronics products. If due to manufacturing defects (from the date of delivery to the customer), the above categories of items cannot work as advertised, the customer can repair the defective item.
Beelink will be responsible for all maintenance fees and non-artificial defective parts replacement costs.
Note: This warranty does not apply to any accidental damage caused by the user's negligence.
